Nice to have the service manual for the Sony DCR-TRV345E now. The document is of excellent quality.

MACKIE HR824 26 pages English-only Service Manual contains:
1) HR824 technical overview with the description of front and rear panel switches.
2) HR824 specs
3) Block Diagram
4) Wiring Diagram
5) Packaging management
6) Spare part & final assembly list (for PCB rev A and B) + exploded view
7) Test Procedures (where, how to measure voltage...) including Test Point diagram on the PCB.
8) IC and Transistor charts.
Excellent guide: very clear, good scan quality enabling us to print readable diagram :-)
Note:
Mackie HR824 make extensive use of surface mount devices (SMD). Service on the HR824 must
only be undertaken by experienced service technicians with the right tools, experience and patience to perform surface mount rework when needed.

This Service manual is very well scanned and its clean to read, no any anti-theft words that un-english could understand. I got my CCD600 working with this manual and it´s clear shematics :)

No sound from both L-CH and R-CH built-in Speakers
Check that there is an audio signal to the Audio Out Terminal from all input terminals. (All inputs are NG.) Replace the TV Unit (Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A)). Check IC3002 and the surrounding parts. Replace if necessary. (Only Audio1, 2, OR 4 input is NG.)
Replace the TV Unit (Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A) or Rear Jack C.B.A.). Check audio signal line between Input Jack on the Rear Jack C.B.A. and IC3002 on the Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A), and repair if necessary. Still NG, replace IC3002 on the Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A).
(Only Audio3 input is NG.)
Replace the TV Unit (Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A) or Front Jack C.B.A. (Circuit Board FJ)). Check audio signal line between Input Jack on the Front Jack C.B.A. (Circuit Board FJ) and IC3002 on the Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A), and repair if necessary. Still NG, replace IC3002 on the Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A).
(Only Tuner input is NG.)
Replace the TV Unit (Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A) or Digital Tuner C.B.A. (Circuit Board DT)). Check the following parts on the Digital Tuner C.B.A. (Circuit Board DT) - Tuner, IC8332, IC8240, IC8200, IC821, and the surrounding parts. Check the following parts on the Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A) - IC3002 and the surrounding parts.
OK Replace the TV Unit (Base C.B.A. (Circuit Board A) or Power C.B.A. (Circuit Board P)). Check IC3002, IC3003, IC2303, IC2301 and the surrounding parts. Replace if necessary.
No sound from built-in L-CH Speaker only
Press "MENU" button on the remote and select "SOUND" in MENU screen. Then press "OK."
No sound from built-in R-CH Speaker only
Press "MENU" button on the remote and select "SOUND" in MENU screen. Then press "OK."
Verify the "BALANCE" is in the center position. NO Set to the center position. Still NG Swap the Speaker Connectors to confirm the Speaker failure. NO YES Replace the L-CH Speaker.
Verify the "BALANCE" is in the center position. NO Set to the center position. Still NG Swap the Speaker Connectors to confirm the Speaker failure. NO YES Replace the R-CH Speaker.
