The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.
The manual was complete and of great quality. Originally a tri-lingual file, I first received only one language. After a note to owners-manuals.com, I quickly received the remaining languages... Great service, definitely worth it.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.

GRIGLIE IN FERRO SMALTATO Nei piani di cottura dotati di griglie in ferro smaltato, queste possono essere sollevate e mantenute in posizione verticale, grazie agli appositi ganci di sostegno, come indicato nelle figure 5 e 6. Questa possibilità consente una rapida ed agevole pulizia del piano di cottura.
ATTENZIONE! Evitate assolutamente di compiere questa operazione nei piani dotati di griglie in ghisa, perchè questo causerebbe la rottura dei ganci. Per rimuovere le griglie in ghisa, seguite le indicazioni fornite nella pagine precedente (vedi anche Fig. 4).

3. MANUTENZIONE PERIODICA
Fate controllare periodicamente lo stato di conservazione e di efficacia del tubo del gas, e se presente, del regolatore di pressione. Qualora venissero riscontrate anomalie, non richiedete riparazioni, ma fate sostituire la parte difettosa. A garanzia del buon funzionamento e della sicurezza, è necessario procedere periodicamente all�ingrassaggio dei rubinetti di regolazione del gas. q La lubrificazione periodica dei rubinetti deve essere eseguita SOLAMENTE DA PERSONALE QUALIFICATO al quale ci si deve rivolgere anche nel caso si riscontrassero anomalie nel funzionamento dell�apparecchiatura.
