This is a great manual. It was easy to read and very accurate. The size of the manual is small so email is no problem. I highly recommend it. The manual is very hard to find other than this website.

Sequence Cooking
Your oven can be programmed for up to 3 automatic cooking sequences, switching from one variable power setting to another automatically. * Suppose you want to cook for 10 minutes on 50% followed by 5 minutes on 70% and then 3 minutes on 100%. Step Procedure Enter desired cooking time. Pad Order Display

Select desired power level by pressing the POWER LEVEL pad (for 50% press three times).

x3 For second sequence, enter desired time for cooking time.

Select desired power level by pressing the POWER LEVEL pad (for 70% press twice). For third sequence, enter desired time for cooking. If power is not selected the oven will operate at 100% power. Press the INSTANT COOK/START pad.

The timer begins to count down to zero. When it reaches zero,

the second sequence will appear and the timer will begin counting down to zero again. When it reaches zero,

the third sequence will appear and the timer will begin counting down to zero again. NOTE: If you want to cook on 100% power at the final sequence, you can omit to select the power level.
