Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

Correct manual received and of good quality but the contents of the file for the Service Manual for the same monitor is for a 20" TV not the RGB Monitor.
AUTO COOK / AUTO DEFROST CHART
AUTO COOK MENU NUMBER WEIGHT RANGE COOKING PROCEDURE AC-1 0.5 - 1.5kg � Place meat in a flan dish on the turntable. Roast Beef/Lamb � Turn meat over when the oven indicates. � After cooking, leave meat to stand covered in aluminium foil for10 AC-2 minutes. Roast Pork NOTE: Use the MORE key for meat well done and the LESS key for rare meat. It is not possible to use the LESS key for pork. AC-3 Roast Poultry 1.2 - 1.6kg � Place poultry breast side down in a flan dish on the turntable. � Turn poultry over when the oven indicates. � After cooking, leave poultry to stand wrapped in aluminium foil for 10 minutes. NOTE: It is not possible to use the LESS key for poultry.

COOKING PROCEDURE � Place meat in a flan dish on the turntable. � Turn over when oven indicates. � Stand, wrapped in foil, for 60-90 minutes until thoroughly defrosted. � Place poultry breast side down in a flan dish on the turntable. � Turn over when oven indicates. � Stand, wrapped in foil, for 45-90 minutes until thoroughly defrosted.
NOTE: For converting to Lb/oz, please see conversion charts on page 23. Auto defrost: If necessary, small pieces of aluminium foil can be used to shield small areas of meat/poultry if they become warm during defrosting. Ensure foil does not touch oven walls. Do not cook meat/poultry until thoroughly defrosted. When action is required (example to turn food over) the oven stops and the audible signals sound, the remaining cooking time and any indicator will flash on the display. To continue cooking, press the START/AUTO MINUTE key. The final temperature will vary according to the initial food temperature. Check food is piping hot after cooking. If necessary, you can extend the cooking time and change the power level.
