I searched EVERYWHERE looking for the manual/s on this "extinct" amp. Owner-Manuals.com made it available and for nearly nothing. Thanx to them, I can decipher the unknown cables and sort them out. Thanx, Owner-Manuals.com!!

Yes thank you i got the file i was after. There was a slight problem in my communication but it all worked out well.
A job well done.

Great manual...really saved me. The only problem is that I thought I would be able to download it directly when I paid for it but never received the download instructions until the next morning. The board trace pages were somewhat light also: really need to turn up the contrast on the printer before printing them. The schematic page was great; very clear! Well worth the money.

I've been in the electronic business for a long time. I used to buy Sam's Photofact for my needs which intailed having to go to the store and paying about $20 for a package of 3 different units so I was forced to buy more than I needed just to get one.
Owner manual is just at your keyboard and the information is almost instantansouly and the cost is very reasonable. Easy to print out if needed or simply read off of the screen. The larger the screen the better for obvious reasons.

Very good manual, at a very good price. Received in a timely manner

TEST PROCEDURES
PROCEDURE LETTER COMPONENT TEST
6. 7. 8. 9.
temperature of the thermal cut-out reaches approximately 338F(170C). The thermal cut-out resets automatically at approximately 311F(155C). If thermal cut-out has opened under normal condition, replace the same item as in the parts list. An open thermal cut-out indicates overheating of the top heating element unit. Check for restricted air flow to the top heat element unit through the vent holes of the oven cavity, especially the heater duct upper and convection fan. Reconnect all leads removed from components during testing. Reinstall the outer case (cabinet). Reconnect the power supply cord after the outer case is installed. Run the oven and check all functions.
CAUTION: IF THE THERMAL CUT-OUT INDICATES AN OPEN CIRCUIT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, REPLACE THERMAL CUT-OUT.

THERMAL CUT-OUT (SIDE HEATER) TEST
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Disconnect the power supply cord. Remove the outer case cabinet, referring to "OUTER CASE CABINET REMOVAL". Open the door and block it open. Discharge high voltage capacitor. A continuity check across the thermal cut-out terminals should indicate a closed circuit unless the temperature of the thermal cut-out reaches approximately 302F(150C). The thermal cut-out resets automatically at approximately 266F(130C). If thermal cut-out has opened under normal condition, replace the same item as in the parts list. An open thermal cut-out indicates overheating of the side heating element unit. Check for restricted air flow to the side heat element unit through the vent holes of the oven cavity, especially the heater duct left and convection fan. Reconnect all leads removed from components during testing. Reinstall the outer case (cabinet). Reconnect the power supply cord after the outer case is installed. Run the oven and check all functions.

TOP HEATING ELEMENT TEST
Disconnect the power supply cord. Remove the outer case cabinet, referring to "OUTER CASE CABINET REMOVAL". Open the door and block it open. Discharge high voltage capacitor. Make sure the heating element is fully cooled and test as follows; a. Disconnect wire leads from the heating element and measure the resistance with an ohmmeter. On the R x 1 scale, the resistance between the heating element terminals should be approximately 27.8. b. Disconnect wire leads from the heating element and measure the insulation resistance with 500V 100M insulation resistance meter. The insulation resistance between heating element terminal and cavity should be more than 0.5M. 6. If the meter does not indicate above resistance, replace the top heating element. 7. Reconnect all leads removed from components during testing. 8. Reinstall the outer case (cabinet). 9. Reconnect the power supply cord after the outer case is installed. 10. Run the oven and check all functions. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Make sure the heating element is fully cooled and test as follows; a. Disconnect wire leads from the heating element and measure the resistance with an ohmmeter. On the R x 1 scale, the resistance between the heating element terminals should be approximately 35 . 19
