I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE EASE OF USE OF THIS DOWNLOAD SERVICE. INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW....EVEN BY TECHNOPHOBES SUCH AS MYSELF. THE EMAILS POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION...ITS SO EASY PEASY. THE DOWNLOAD CHOICE OF USER MANUALS IS EXTENSIVE AND I COULD NOT FIND A CHEAPER OR MORE EFFICIENT SERVICE ON THE INTERNET. Put the racks where you want them and place the food in the oven.

Make sure the clock is set to the right time of day.

Push in and turn the Sfart lime Knob clockwise to the time you want bak-

Push in and turn the Stop Time Knob clockwise to the time you want the oven to shut off.

Set the Oven Selector TIMED.

Use foods that will not go bad or spoil while waiting for cooking to start. Avoid using dishes with milk or eggs, cream soups, cooked meats or fish, or any item with baking powder or yeast. Smoked or frozen meats may be used; so can vegetables, fruits and casseroletype foods. Vegetables can be cooked in l Tmk
