I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

5 star quality on these downloadable manuals. Easy to read and all the information is there. A must when doing a custom install or needing to service your precious old school electronics.
Baking/roasting
1. Position the rack(s) properly before turning on the oven. To change rack posltlon, lift rack at front and pull out. For information on positioning racks, see �Positioning racks and pans� on page 6. 2. Set the Oven Selector to BAKE. 3. Set the Oven Temperature Control to the baking/roasting temperature you want. The OVEN ON Indicator Light will come on. The oven is preheated when the OVEN ON Indicator Liiht first goes off. NOTE: Do not preheat oven when roasting or cooking items such as casseroles. 4. Put food in the oven. During baking/roasting, the elements will turn on and off to maintain the temperature setting. The OVEN ON Indicator Light will turn on and off with the elements. NOTE: The top element helps heat durlng baklnglroastlng, but does not turn red.
5. When baking/roasting is done, turn both the Oven Selector and the Oven Temperature Control to OFF. The OVEN ON Indicator Light will go off.
