I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

Changing cooktop modules
The Cooktop Modules will work on either side or the center of the cooktops. NOTE: The grill and grlddle module will fit only In the left side or center of the RCSS50XRH cooktop.
1.
To remove, lift slightly by the handle.
2. With both hands, pull module toward you to unplug it.
3. Lift out and set aside.

To replace, use both hands to line up the terminal with the receptacle.

Lift front of heating element and pull toward you.
3. Lifl out basket of ceramic rocks.
4. Lifi and remove the grease well, being careful not to spill fat drippings.
