Excellent manual - just what I needed. Although currently available only in German, their are lots of pictures which makes it all very clear.
Grill/Griddle Clean grill/griddle with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive plastic scrubbing pad. . Wash, rinse and dry.

Do not use metal scouring pads or harsh cleansers. Do not clean heating element under grill/griddle. Soil burns off.

Do not put in water. Clean splatter shield with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. 9 Wash, rinse and dry. l Use non-abrasive plastic scrubbing pads for heavily-soiled areas. Clean grease well, grease pan and frame with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive plastic scrubbing pad. l Wash, rinse and dry. l Clean after each use. l Grease well is dishwasher-safe. Area under cooktop Clean with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. l Wash, rinse and dry. l Do not soak.
Vent system Clean cover and filters with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth or in a dishwasher. l Clean often. l Wash, rinse and dry well. Clean vent box with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. 9 Clean often. l Wipe out grease residue with a cloth. Sponge out spills.
