I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

Erasure prevention
Lock individual recordings to avoid accidentally erasing them. Preparation: Select the folder containing the item you want to lock. (page 14, step1)

(Seite 14, Schritt 1) 1 Drücken Sie [MODE] bis �LOCK� blinkt. 2 Drehen Sie [PLAY/STOP SEL] innerhalb von 10 Sekunden und wählen Sie den Eintrag. 3 Drücken Sie [PLAY/STOP SEL] innerhalb von 10 Sekunden . Der Eintrag ist gesperrt, auf der Anzeige erscheint �LOCK� bis die Sperre aufgehoben wird. Sperre aufheben: 1 Wählen Sie den gesperrten Eintrag. 2 Wiederholen Sie Schritte 1 und 3 für jeden Eintrag.

Within 10 seconds, press [PLAY/ STOP SEL]. The item is locked and �LOCK� is displayed until canceled. To unlock: 1 Select the locked item. 2 Repeat steps 1 and 3 for each item.
Timer recording and playback
