The manual was very accurate for the part that I was changing, I was able to order the correct part and had no issues with the replacement procedure. However, I was expecting to have more detailed repairs for the lower drive unit.

I needed the manual immediately and I got it immediately. I couldn't find this manual anywhere else on the net. The site was easy to traverse, and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be back for any future needs.

3.3.5 Removing the pressure roller unit
Part 2: Troubleshooting
To remove the pressure roller unit, release the three hooks in turn as shown by the arrows in the figure. Then pull it out from rear of the printer unit. When releasing the hooks, start with the one on the left (when facing the front of the pressure roller unit). This will make removal easier.

The figure below shows the position of the spurs on the spur base. The side (bottom) where the spurs are installed is shown. If you removed any of the spurs by mistake, use this diagram to install then at the correct position.
