I was having a hard time finding the problem with this Mackie 1604 unit. I didn't have a schematic. Went looking on the web and found your site and the price was more then reasonable. Ordered it and within the hour had the manual and within 15 minutes had the unit fixed. Best $4.99 I ever spent. Thank you.

Step 11 Remove the front panel as arrow shown.
Step 5 Remove the cabinet as arrow shown. Step 6 Remove the both side panels as arrow shown. Step 7 Disconnect the connector CN501A. Step 8 Remove the screw.
Step 12 Release all the catches and pull out the MECHA BASE as arrow shown. Step 13 Remove the volume knob from front panel. Step 14 Remove all the screws.
Step 9 Disconnect all the connectors CN901, CN401B, CN301 and CN601A from Main P.C.B..
Step 15 Slightly push down the claw and pull out the SUB Panel.
Step 10 Remove 2 screws, lift up the snaps at 2 locations shown. 10
