I PURHASED THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY CDR20 HARMAN KARDON RECORDER. WHICH I PURCHASED NEW 12 YEARS AGO. AFTER REVIEWING THE MANUAL, I WAS ABLE TO ADJUST THE TENSIONER IN THE SYSTEM. WORKS LIKE A CHAMP!.

I have never bought a service manual which is as competely readable as this althogh it was a scanned pdf. Thank you for this succesful manual also cheaper than other sites.

Step 1 : Detach the connector CN300, CN600 and CN803.
Step 4 : Release 2 catches at both L & R side. Step 5 : Release the catch at the bottom cabinet and remove the front panel as arrow shown. · Remove Deck Mechanism
Step 2 : Remove 2 screws from TR2 Chassis and 1 screw from Chassis ground wire altogether.
Step 6 : Remove 4 screws and remove Deck Mechanism as arrow shown.

· Follow the (Step 1) - (Step 4) of Item 9.4. · Follow the (Step 1) - (Step 6) of Item 9.5.
Step 3 : Detach the connector CN801.
