I found the manual to be clear concise and complete. It was of immense assistance when removing the unit as the unit was over 22 years old and the wiring diagram was unobtainable from the manufacturer. The exploded drawings were clear as were the instructions and labels.

Step 2 Screw the TR spring to the heatsink unit A. Step 3 Use a blower to remove the minute particles that might be caused after the process of the screwing TR spring to the heatsink unit A.
Step 2 Remove 1 screw. Step 3 Remove the TR spring in the direction of arrows. Step 4 Remove the digital amp IC (IC5300) from the heatsink unit A. Caution: Handle the heatsink unit A with caution due to its high temperature after prolonged use. Touching it may lead to injuries.
Step 4 Solder pins of the digital amp IC (IC5300) on the reverse side of D-Amp P.C.B.
Note: Refer to the diagrams of D-Amp P.C.B. (Item 20.4.) for location of the part.
Special Note: Ensure pins of the digital amp IC (IC5300) are properly seated and soldered on D-Amp P.C.B. Step 5 Follow (Step 5) to (Step 6) of Item 9.15.1.
9.16.1. Assembly of Digital Amp IC (IC5300)
Step 1 Fix the digital amp IC (IC5300) to the heatsink unit A.
