The owners manual is very good. all my how to questions were answered in detail.
 ;
Irrespectively of this manual exist only germany language, it's useful - although i need some additional task to translate: My english is bad, but usable - but i really dont speak germany. :)
 ;
Excellent service from this company (including a total refund on an earlier purchase when through no fault of the company the manual was incomplete). I have purchased several manuals which I have been very satisfied with, as I am with this one. Highly recommended.
 ;
It was easy to order and received exactly what I needed. Only complaint would be the 24 hours you have to wait.
 ;
Manual was delivered in a timely manner and was all in English as advertised. The manuals I received when we moved into our flat were in German, Italian, and French. Having never used a steamer before, and not speaking/reading German very well, I needed an English Manual. this was a huge help.

GETTING THE UNITS READY FOR USE
Baby unit
Connect the AC power adapter (A9) to an AC mains socket, and then connect the cord to the DC power supply socket (A5) of the Baby unit. If you want to use batteries, remove the battery compartment cover (A8) using a screwdriver. Insert four 1.5V, AA batteries (not included; we recommend non-chargeable Philips Alkaline batteries), noting the + and - configuration inside the battery compartment. Put the cover back in place and tighten screw. The Baby unit operates cordlessly for up to 30 hours on fresh batteries. The red POWER light (A1) flashes when battery power is low. If this happens install new batteries. Note: To switch off the Baby unit completely set the mode switch (A6) to OFF.
Parent unit
Connect the AC power adapter (B8) to an AC mains socket, and then connect the cord to the DC power supply socket (B4) of the Parent unit. If you want to use batteries, remove the battery compartment cover (B5). Insert four 1.5V, AA batteries (not included; we recommend non-chargeable Philips Alkaline batteries), noting the + and - configuration inside the battery compartment. Put the cover back in place.
