This is the original manufacturers service manual, with detailed info on the circit boards, explosion drawings of all parts in assembly order, and tuning instructions. The only thing missing is the information on the dimensions of the various drive belts. mail me if you need them. gcrossman_at_aol.com

No
Check FILAMENT(+) line of POWER BLOCK.
Yes
Is the voltage at pin 31 and 32 of V651 about -14V ?
No
Check FILAMENT(-) line of POWER BLOCK.
Yes
Is the voltage at pin 13 of IC651 about 5V?
No
Check AT+D5V line of POWER BLOCK.
Yes
Is the voltage at pin 30 of IC651 about -18V?
No
Check -20V line of POWER BLOCK.
Yes
Replace V651 or IC651.
