Check IC701 and the circuit from TUNER or audio input jack to IC701 .
Is there voltage of base of Q103 about 5V? YES

Change Q103.
Is there a sine wave at pin 5 of L101? YES

Change L101.
Check lead wire of A/C HEAD and CONNECTOR.
