Is the pinch roller attached to the Capstan shaft in operation of play?

Check the assembly mode?

Does the T/up reel operate? Is the Capstan belt hung?

Hang the Capstan belt.

Does the Capstan motor turn?
YES
Check the clutch and the idler assembly.
YES
Does the drum motor turn?
NO
Is normal voltage applied to the capstan motor Vcc1, Vcc2?
YES
Is the DPG, DFG normal?
YES
Is the Vctl terminal voltage of the Capstan motor applied at more than 4V?
NO
Check the Servo, power circuit.

Are the T/up and the reel sensor normal?
