It paid to find this Service Manual, couldn't find it anywhere else. Exactly what I wanted. Received within 24 hours.

Complete manual with clear schematic diagrams and printed circuit board layouts of two variants of the headset and the transmitter an old and a new version.
Also shows how the headset and the transmitter is opened and how transmitter and receivers can be adjusted and where to measure.
I had no problems to repair the headset using this service manual.

How to adjust the length of the headband Turn A (band adjusting screw) counterclockwise to loosen it. Slide the headband to the length you like. After deciding the length, turn A clockwise to tighten it
DETACHABLE CORD WHICH ALLOWS CORD SELECTION ACCORDING TO THE CONNECTING EQUIPMENT
Locking Method Align mark of the body bush with mark of the cord plug and insert the plug into the body firmly. Turn the cord plug clockwise to align mark of the Body bush with mark of the cord plug, and locking is complete. Unlocking Method You can unlock it by turning the cord plug counterclockwise until mark of the body bush aligns with mark of the cord plug.
