I found this service manual to be complete in every detail except for troubleshooting charts. It would be helpful if it had a set of troubleshooting charts; however it is a very good manual otherwise and for the price it is very well worth it.

SCREW-LOCKING CONSTRUCTION TO ADJUST LENGTH OF THE BAND How to adjust the length of the headband Turn A (band adjusting screw) counterclockwise to loosen it. Slide the headband to the length you like. After deciding the length, turn A clockwise to tighten it.
DETACHABLE CORD WHICH ALLOWS CORD SELECTION ACCORDING TO THE CONNECTING EQUIPMENT Locking Method Align mark of the body bush with mark of the cord plug and insert the plug into the body firmly. Turn the cord plug clockwise to align mark of the Body bush with mark of the cord plug, and locking is complete. Unlocking Method You can unlock it by turning the cord plug counterclockwise until mark of the body bush aligns with mark of the cord plug.
