I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

2. Set the Oven Temperature Control to the baking temperature you want. The oven burner will automatically light in 50-60 seconds.
3. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Put food in the oven. NOTE: Do not place food directly on the oven bottom.
4. During baking, the oven burner will turn on and off to maintain the temperature setting. When baking is done, turn the Oven Temperature Control to OFF.
