I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

Warm soapy water, a plastic scrubbing pad, dishwashing detergent or a solution of 1 quart of boiling hot water and 2 tablespoons of DIP lb

Remove burner from manifold with phillips screwdriver. Soak in warm soapy water and wipe with plastic scrubbing pad and dishwashing detergent. If
stain Is still there, soak 20 mlnutes In bolllng water and DIP IT� solutlon. Be sure the solution covers the whole burner.

Rinse and dry well. If ports are clogged, clean with a straight pin. Do not enlarge or

distort ports. Do not use a wooden toothplck. Do not clean surface burner In dlshwasher.
Wash with other cooking utensils.
