I was impressed with the quality of service (frequent e-mails to let you know the status of your order), and the speed at which the download became available. The manual was a life saver and was not easy to track down. Thank you for such an excellent service.

GOOD SERVICE MANUAL GOT ALL THE INFO. THAT I NEEDED..
 ;
Excellent product and service. I bought a second-hand Casio CPS-60 keyboard which had no manual. Packed full of features which I had no idea how to operate . . .
Google search found this site (and others with the same manual for sale for $8.99!)
I bought the manual and within an hour the download was available. Quality of the scanned images is good - very clear - and the PDF has been created with the pages in the correct order.
I would definitely use this site again.

3. Set the temperature (optional).
Do this step if you want to set a temperature other than 350°F. Press v to raise the temperature or w to lower the temperature in 5°F amounts. You can set a temperature anywhere from 170°F to 500°F. Use these pads until the temperature you want shows on the display.

4. When roasting, put your food in the oven. You
do not have to preheat the oven when roasting, unless your recipe recommends it. During baking/roasting, the burner will turn on and off to keep the oven temperature at the setting.
Roasting meats and poultry
 For even cooking, place the meat on a
rack in a shallow pan. This keeps the meat out of the drippings and allows the heat to circulate better. Use a meat thermometer for the most accurate doneness. Insert it so the tip is in the center of the largest muscle or thickest portion of the meat or poultry. Make sure the thermometer is not touching bone, fat, or the bottom of the pan.
