I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

the preheat countdown time ends. During baking/roasting, the oven burner will turn on and off to keep the oven temperature at the setting.

of the oven by cooking more than one food at a time or baking while the oven is still hot after cooking a meal. when broiling or roasting, unless your recipe recommends doing so.
� It is not necessary to preheat the oven
