HOW TO READ THIS OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
� First read Initial Setup (pages 7-8). � Then read Basic Operations (page 11) and On-Screen Menu (page 12) to familiarize yourself with the Digital Tuner. � Read through the sections on operation and setup (pages 11-34). The following descriptions will help you better understand the layout of these sections.
The description of the RECORDING TIMER on page 20 will be used as an example. A brief description can be found at the top of each page.
RECORDING TIMER
Setting the Recording Timer
� The Recording Timer allows the viewer to set program for VCR recording. � Only one program can be set into the Recording Timer. � Your VCR and Digital Tuner must be on to record with this function. � To use this function with timer recording on your VCR, you must also set the timer recording program on the VCR, See the operation manual of your VCR for timer programming details.
