This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

Erschütterungsschutz-Funktion
Diese Erschütterungsschutz-Funktion reduziert Unterbrechungen der Musik, die durch Erschütterungen ver-
jeweils im voraus in einen Pufferspeicher eingelesen werden. Au�erdem verhindert ein leistungsfähiger Erschütterungsschutz-Mechanismus Abtastersprünge, wenn sich die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Disc beim Tragen des Gerätes ändert.
[A.SHOCK] während der Wiedergabe oder im Stoppzustand drücken.
Die Meldung �SORRY� erscheint im Display, und der Ton wird unterbrochen.

Zum Aufheben der ErschütterungsschutzFunktion
[A.SHOCK] erneut drücken.
*Die Einstellung der Taste [A.SHOCK] kann während der Wiedergabe geändert werden, doch kann dies zu einer kurzzeitigen Unterbrechung führen, da sich die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Disc dabei ändert. *Beim Betrieb der Erschütterungsschutz-Funktion rotiert die Disc mit höherer als der normalen Drehzahl, damit der Abtaster die zusätzlichen Tondaten auslesen kann. Dies kann dazu führen, da� sich das Drehgeräusch der Disc geringfügig verstärkt.
Anschlu� dieses Gerätes an eine HiFi-Anlage
Wenn das Gerät an eine Heim-Audioanlage angeschlossen ist, sollte die Erschütterungsschutz-Funktion ausgeschaltet werden, da die ErschütterungsschutzFunktion digitale Signalkompression benutzt.
