3 Kirjoita �IPCONFIG /RENEW� ja paina ENTER-näppäintä. Tarkista, että IPosoitteesi on nyt 192.168.2.xxx, Subnet Mask on 255.255.255.0 ja Default Gateway on 192.168.2.1. Nämä arvot takaavat, että langaton ADSL-tukiasemasi toimii. Kirjoita �EXIT� ja paina ENTER-näppäintä sulkeaksesi Command Prompt -ikkunan. Tietokoneesi on nyt asetettu ottamaan yhteys langattomaan ADSL-tukiasemaan.
Macintosh-tietokoneen asetukset
Voi olla, että nämä ohjeet eivät täysin vastaa käyttöjärjestelmääsi. Tämä johtuu siitä, että eri vaiheet ja näytön näkymät on luotu Mac OS 10.2 -käyttöjärjestelmällä. Mac OS 7.x ja sitä myöhemmät versiot ovat samankaltaisia mutta eivät välttämättä täysin samanlaisia kuin Mac OS 10.2. Noudata näitä ohjeita: 1 Vedä alas Apple-valikko. Napsauta System Preferences.
2 Kaksoisnapsautta Systems Preferences -ikkunassa Network-kuvaketta.
3 Jos �Using DHCP Server� on jo valittuna Configure-kentässä, tietokoneesi on jo asetettu käyttämään DHCP-palvelinta. Jos ei ole, valitse tämä vaihtoehto.
4 Uudet asetuksesi näkyvät TCP/IP-välilehdellä. Tarkista, että IP-osoitteesi on nyt 192.168.2.xxx, Subnet Mask on 255.255.255.0 ja Default Gateway on 192.168.2.1.
