This was a very hard to find manual. The unit is long discontinued and Pioneer doesn't retain every manual for every model. Thanks owner's-manual.com!

1 Press (PGM). 2 Press (*TONE). 3 Press (1) for
pulse dialing or (2) for tone dialing.
1 Pick up the
handset.
2 Press
(TALK/FLASH). number.
3 Dial the phone 4 When you�re
done talking, press (OFF) or replace the handset on the base unit.
4 Press (PGM).

1 When you hear
the phone ring; � Press (TALK/FLASH) (or any key except (OFF)). or � Pick up the handset from the base unit.

dialing buttons ((0) to (9)) for the phone number to be stored.
3 Enter the phone
number you want to store.

done talking, press (OFF) or replace the handset on the base unit.
