Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.
ALT/[F8] button BLK LV (ALL): Pressing this button makes it active, and the cursor R and r buttons increase or decrease the value by 1. You can also change the setting with the MULTI CONTROL knob. Adjusting the sync phase (HD)
Use this setting to precisely match the output phase of the VTR to the reference signal or when using a switcher or other device connected to another VTR to create special effects such as fading, wrapping, and dissolving.
