I recently purchased a manual for a Samsung DLP tv to help with a trouble shooting problem I was having. Every tv repair shop wanted close to $400.00 for the fix, but after I found Owner-Manuals.com I hit pay dirt. The manual they had for me to purchase and download was a complete service manual for the exact tv I needed. It was complete with wiring diagrams, schematics, and even part numbers. DISASSEMBLY
Note: Follow the disassembly procedure in the numerical order given.
FRONT PANEL SECTION
tapping screw
3 four tapping screws (3.5 � 14) catcher 2 four catchers
1 grille frame assy
hole B hole A pliers
4 To remove the front panel section, stick a hexagon wrench into the hole A, B, C and D and pull up with pliers as shown in the Fig. A and B. At that time, do not try to remove it at once, but pull up by each hole as A� B� C� D to remove gradually.
