Actually, I was looking for this information for 3 years!...now thanks to you, the manual is on my hands and of great help, cause I understand now where I was doing wrong connections and wires...excellent, I'll be back to you if in need, thank you.

This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

Good list of manuals. I found a very rare one and easily get. Should be promptly to download, as we must to wait hours even after confirmed payment.
INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE
2.0
Follow these steps to install the software: 1. Insert the JBLCOM disk into either drive A or drive B. 2. From the Windows Program Manager, click File from the menu bar and select Run. 3. In the Command Line text box type in a:setup, or b:setup depending upon in which drive you have placed the JBLCOM disk. 4. Click on the OK button. 5. Click on the Continue button to accept the default directory. A program group will be automatically created in the Program Manager. To run the software, click on the icon labeled JBLCOM. The rst time the software is run, click Setup from the menu bar to specify the COM port you will be using to communicate with the STC-1. This COM port setting will be saved until the next time you change it.
2.1 Preparing the STC-1 for Communication
1. Plug the RJ-11 (telephone) plug into the STC-1s communication port. 2. Make sure the other end of the cable is plugged into the DB-9 (9 pin) connector provided, and then plug the DB-9 into the correct COM port on your PC. If your COM port uses a DB-25 connector, use the 9-to-25 pin adapter provided. 3. Enter the Program Mode on the STC-1 and press the Computer Link button. As long as the STC-1 is in the computer link mode, the Computer Link button will be reversed and the unit will be ready to send or receive data. To exit this mode, simply touch any area of the STC-1s screen. NOTE: The STC-1 CANNOT power-down automatically when in the computer link mode. If left in this mode for an extended period of time, the units batteries will become completely discharged. For this reason it is recommended that when communications are performed to the STC-1, the STC-1 is running off of the AC adapter.
