Exchange Procedure of IC1, D31
A
D31 1 Hold IC1 (D31) to the heat-sink as figure below. (D31 is held directly by screw. IC1 is held by holding clip.)

2 Adjust tentatively the lead of of D31 and IC1 to the PCB hole. When it is unable to insert the lead by mimatching position, loosen the screw. And then adjust the position of IC1 (D31) and screw again.
