NG Can the base and handset be connected? OK When 1 kHz, 7 mV sine waveform is applied to MC591 + side, can the 1 kHz sine waveform from pin 38 of IC504 be fed? OK Check whether there is the 1 kHz waveform at pin 46 of IC7. OK Check whether the waveform from TEL-line output is fed. OK Check MC591 of handset. NG Check T1, RL1 and their peripheral circuits. NG Check IC7. NG Check Q505 and Q517. See 3. The base and handset cannot be connected.
