I was at first dubious about payiong for downloaded manuals but having done so, I was extremely impressed with quality of the two manual I ordered, well worth the small price I paid.
I would highly recommend these to my friends.

The manual I purchased was exactly what I needed to repair my Toshica television. The manual contained schematics and troubleshooting information that was very helpful.
6. Trouble with speakerphone mode 6-1. The voice of the caller cannot be heard(INCOMING CALL).
Check whether there is a waveform on Pin 1 of IC2 (Line 1) or Pin 7 of IC11 (Line 2). OK Check whether there is an audio waveform on Pin 3 of IC15 (Line 1) or Pin 1 of IC15 (Line 2). OK Check whether there is an audio waveform on Pin 1 of IC16. OK NG Check IC16. NG NG Check IC2, RL1, Q8 and T1 (Line1) or IC11, RL2, Q11 and T2 (Line2).
Check IC15.
Check whether there is an audio waveform on Pin 14 of IC20. OK

Check IC20.
Check whether there is a waveform on Pin 5 of IC19. OK

Check IC19.
Check FC701, WA701 and SP701.
