This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

(Wenn am Timer das DVD-Laufwerk oder die Festplatte gewählt wurde, aber keine bespielbare Disc eingelegt ist bzw. keine Aufnahme auf die Festplatte möglich ist, blinkt die Anzeige.) NTSC Leuchtet auf, wenn das Video-Ausgangssignalformat NTSC ist. (Seite 127) Diese Anzeige zeigt an, welche Kanäle einer Zweikanalton-Sendung aufgezeichnet werden. (Seite 126) Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn der KomponentenVideoausgang auf Progressive Scan eingestellt ist. VPS/PDC (Seite 76) Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn während einer Timeraufnahme mit aktivierter VPS/PDC-Funktion eine VPS/PDC-Sendung empfangen wird.

Aufnahmequalitätsanzeigen (Seite 72) XP Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn der Aufnahmemodus auf XP (hohe Qualität) eingestellt wird. SP Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn der Aufnahmemodus auf SP (Standard Play) eingestellt wird. LP/SLP Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn der Aufnahmemodus auf LP (Long Play) oder SLP (Super Long Play) eingestellt wird. EP/SEP Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn der Aufnahmemodus auf EP (Extended Play) oder SEP (Super Extended Play) eingestellt wird. MN Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn der Aufnahmemodus auf MN (manueller Aufnahmepegel) eingestellt wird.
6 Zeichenfeld 7 R/RW Leuchtet auf, wenn eine beschreibbare DVD-R- oder DVD-RW-Disc eingelegt ist. 8 PL (Seite 96) Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn eine im VR-Modus bespielte Disc eingelegt wird und der Recorder sich im Modus Play List befindet. 2 3 (Seite 132) Diese Anzeige zeigt den Fernbedienungsmodus an (wenn nichts angezeigt wird, ist der Fernbedienungsmodus 1 aktiviert). V Diese Anzeige leuchtet auf, wenn eine nicht finalisierte Videomodus-Disc eingelegt wird.
