This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

UTILISATION

Chaque brûleur est contrôlé par un robinet à verrouillage de sécurité dont l�ouverture s�effectue en poussant puis en tournant la manette vers la gauche.

ALLUMAGE: Pour allumer un des brûleurs, approcher une flamme ou un allumegaz et tourner la manette dans la position �ouvert au maximum�. Il convient de choisir le brûleur en fonction du diamètre de la casserole utilisée, la flamme ne devant pas dépasser la casserole. Les diamètres des casseroles qui peuvent être posées sur chacun des brûleurs sont les suivants: brûleur rapide 2,60kW - min. 165 mm brûleur semirapide 2,00kW - min. 140 mm brûleur auxiliaire 1,00kW - min. 80 mm Il est interdit l�emploi des recipients à base concave ou convexe sur le plan de cuisson.

FOUR
Les brûleurs du four et du grilloir sont équipés d�un dispositif de surveillance de flamme. Le brûleur du four est équipé (sur certains modèles) d�un organe de contrôle (thermostat) qui maintient automatiquement constante la température dans le four en fonction de la position de la manette. ALLUMAGE: Ouvrir la porte du four et soulever le petit couvercle protégeant l�orifice d�allumage,.pousser, tourner la manette vers la gauche pour amener son repére en face de la graduation (8 pour four à thermostat ; ouvert au maximum pour four à thermomètre) et la maintenir enfoncée après la présentation d�une flamme ou d�un allume-gaz environ 10 s. Relacher la manette et s�assurer que le brûleur est bien allumé:on doit voir les flammes par les orifices disposés à cet effet dans la sole.
