The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.

On-Hook Dialing
For On-Hook Dialing, follow the steps below.

Set document(s) face down.
ENTER STATION(S) THEN PRESS START 00%

You will hear dial tone through the monitor speaker.

Dial the telephone number from the keypad.
* DIALING * 5551234� ON LINE * XMT *
NOTE
1. If you need a special access number to get an outside line, dial it first then press PAUSE to enter a pause (represented by a "-") before dialing the full number. Ex: 9 PAUSE 5551234 2. If you are using Pulse dialing and you wish to change to Tone dialing in the middle of dialing, press TONE (represented by a "/"). The dialing mode will be changed from Pulse to Tone after dialing the digit "/". Ex: 9 PAUSE TONE 5551234
