Great manual, great price. Has a few of the basic operating instructions that most service manuals leave out. Complete instructions for disassembling board by board, safety precautions, schematics, complete parts list.

I found this service manual to be complete in every detail except for troubleshooting charts. It would be helpful if it had a set of troubleshooting charts; however it is a very good manual otherwise and for the price it is very well worth it.

Abgleichvorschriften / Adjustment Procedures
Cassette
Messgeräte: Frequenzzähler, Oszilloskop, Test-Cassette 3,15kHz/10kHz (z.B. 448) Abgleich 1. Lösch-Oszillator Vorbereitung Frequenzzähler an Messpunkt F. Leer-Cassette einlegen und Aufnahme starten. Leer-Cassette einlegen und Aufnahme starten. Rechter Kanal: Oszilloskop an Messpunkt L. Linker Kanal: Oszilloskop an Messpunkt M. 3. Azimut Oszilloskop an Lautsprecher-Ausgang. Test-Cassette einlegen und 10kHz-Teil abspielen. Abgleichvorgang Mit T301 k auf 100kHz ± 5kHz abgleichen.
2. Vormagnetisierung
Mit VR301 s auf 11Veff (31Vss) ± 0,5V abgleichen. Mit VR302 t auf 11Veff (31Vss) ± 0,5V abgleichen. Bei �TAPE >� mit Kopfschraube m auf maximalen und gleichen Pegel auf beiden Kanälen abgleichen. Bei �TAPE <� mit Kopfschraube n auf maximalen und gleichen Pegel auf beiden Kanälen abgleichen.

4. BandGeschwindigkeit
Frequenzzähler an Lautsprecher-Ausgang. Test-Cassette einlegen und 3,15kHz-Teil abspielen.
Mit dem Einstellregler (im Cass.-Motor) auf 3,15kHz ±0,1% einstellen.
