The service was quick and simple, finding the service manual easy and it appears to be the original with colour schematics. It contained the info I was after and so sorted the problem.

Darüberhinaus erlaubt das neue Mitarbeitersystem eine dynamische Verknüpfung zwischen Mitarbeitern und den relevanten Mitarbeiterberichten. Analog gilt dieses auch für erweiterte Mitarbeiterberichte wie: Warengruppenumsätze per Mitarbeiter PLU/EAN Umsätze per Mitarbeiter Mitarbeiterberichte werden unter einer Mitarbeiternummer gespeichert, unabhängig davon, an welcher Kasse und zu welchem Zeitpunkt der Mitarbeiter gearbeitet hat. Vorteile des neuen Mitarbeitersystems Im Schichtbetrieb genügt es, die Zuordnung Mitarbeiter und Bedienertaste, -code oder -schlüssel durch eine Gesamtbedienernullstellung aufzuheben und der neuen Schicht zuzuordnen. Nach Aufhebung der bestehenden Zuordnung arbeitet die neue Schicht in neue Mitarbeiterberichte ohne das die vorherigen Berichte beeinflu�t werden. Bei nicht erfolgreicher Nullstellung per Online bleiben die Mitarbeiterberichte des Vortages erhalten. Generell kann eine manuelle Aufhebung der Zuordnung durchgeführt werden, ohne da� die Mitarbeiterberichte dabei verändert werden. Die neue Mitarbeiterdatei wird sowohl für das neue Mitarbeitersystem, als auch für die standardmä�ig vorgesehene Arbeitszeiterfassung herangezogen. Der SRV Parameter 902-C ist auf �5� (Checkout Modus und Kassiererberichtsformat) voreingestellt. Hinweis: Sollen Warengruppen- und/oder PLU bzw. EAN Umsätze im Mitarbeiterbericht ausgewiesen werden, so ist unter diesem Parameter das Bedienerberichtsformat zu wählen. 4. Aktionspreise (Mix & Match) Der SRV Parameter 921-A ist erweitert worden, um neben den bestehenden Mix & Match Funktionen es zu erlauben, einen Rabatt pro Artikel ab einer bestimmten Mindestmenge pro abgenommenen Stück zu gewähren.
