The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The manual was complete and of great quality. Originally a tri-lingual file, I first received only one language. After a note to owners-manuals.com, I quickly received the remaining languages... Great service, definitely worth it.

If the other party first talks and then wants to send a fax, press the START/MEMORY key after speaking (press your START/MEMORY key before the sender presses their Start key).

Answer the extension phone when it rings.

If you hear a soft fax tone, wait until your fax responds (the extension phone will go dead if it is connected to your fax, or you will hear pronounced, high-pitched tones if the phone is connected to a separate wall jack), then hang up.

If the fax doesn�t respond, or if the other party first talks to you and then wants to send a fax, press 5, *, and * on the extension phone (only on a tone dial phone). This signals the fax to begin reception. Hang up.
