I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.
Piloto de calor residual
Una vez apagada una zona de cocción o la superficie de cocción, los indicadores digitales de las zonas respectivas visualizan el calor residual con la letra h ("hot"). Ua vez apagada la zona de cocción, el piloto de calor residual seguirá encendido hasta que la zona se enfrÃe.
2 Usted puede aprovechar el calor residual para derretir o mantener calientes las comidas. 1 ¡Atención! Usted piloto dequemarse mientras puede está encendido el calor residual.
1 ¡Atención! Si se corta el suministro eléctrico
se apagará también el sÃmbolo h y con él la indicación de calor residual. Pero el peligro de quemarse persiste. Ponga mucha atención para evitar quemaduras.
