Disassembly
Removing and Replacing the Antenna
1. 2. Remove the battery door and battery as described in the procedures. To remove the antenna, by hand, rotate the antenna counterclockwise until loose. See Figure 4.

Ensure antenna threads are properly engaged before tightening to prevent damage to the antenna or housing. 4. To replace, insert the threaded end of the antenna carefully into the housing and, after ensuring the threads are properly engaged, rotate clockwise. Tighten firmly by hand. Replace the SIM, battery and battery cover as described in the procedures.
