It was easy to order and received exactly what I needed. Only complaint would be the 24 hours you have to wait.
 ;
Manual was delivered in a timely manner and was all in English as advertised. The manuals I received when we moved into our flat were in German, Italian, and French. Having never used a steamer before, and not speaking/reading German very well, I needed an English Manual. this was a huge help.
 ;
Great Manual. This manual is available no where else. It was exactly what I was looking for. Only in German.
 ;
This GRUNDIG UV5A Owner Manual is not only an instruction manual but a total functional circuit description of the Multimeter and includes circuit diagram at the end pages. It is very helpful for repairing and calibrating the instrument. It is written in two languages English and German for international support. It was very easy to repair my unit with this document. Regards, Regis Pauly, Electrical Engineer.

The owner's manual was evetything I thought it would be. I was able to print it out using both sides of the paper in quick order, saving me a search online for a used one.
Appendix Installing Sound SIMMs
Installing Sound SIMMs
Vintage Pro can be easily expanded to contain up to 128 MB of sound data (4 SIMMs). Make sure the unit is unplugged from the wall before doing anything! Before you begin, nd a clean, well lit place in which to work. This procedure requires that you periodically Ground yourself, by touching a grounded object such as a water pipe or a grounded piece of equipment. Grounding yourself prevents the static charge in your body from damaging the sensitive memory chips. When you are asked to Ground yourself, simply reach over and touch the grounded metal. Do not walk across the room or a rug, as this will defeat the purpose of grounding.
Remove the Top Cover
1.
To gain access to the interior of the unit, the top panel must rst be removed. The top panel is attached to the main chassis by means of (7) screws. There are three screws along the back of the unit and two on each side.
 If you have rack ears installed, these will have to be removed rst. 2. When all the screws are removed, slide the metal top backwards and up off the unit, exposing the main circuit board. Set the top cover aside in a safe place and put the screws into a cup so they will not get lost. 3. Ground yourself before touching anything inside the unit!
Install the ROM SIMM
4. 5.
6.
7.

ROMs can be placed in any available socket. This has no effect on the order of presets as shown in the display.
8.
Ground yourself, then remove the ROM SIMM from the antistatic packaging. To install a SIMM, refer to the diagram on the following page. The four Sound ROM SIMM sockets are located on the left side of the unit when viewed from the front. In some cases, you may have to remove a SIMM in order to make room for another. When replacing SIMMs, replace the SIMM near the inner edge of the circuit board rst. See instructions below. Insert the SIMM module into an empty ROM socket, (as shown in gure 1) with the notch toward the rear of the unit. The SIMM should rest naturally in the socket. Tilt the SIMM into a vertical position. Both tabs should lock.
To Remove ROM SIMMs (if necessary):
9.
On each end of the SIMM socket there is a silver or plastic tab. Use a screwdriver or a ball point pen to squeeze the tabs toward the outside of the socket while gently pushing the SIMM towards the right side of the unit (when viewed from the rear). The old SIMM should hinge down and can now be removed.
