VERHINDERN VON RISSEN IM 58Z-ZAHNRAD DER FIXIEREINHEIT <Problem> Risse im 58Z-Zahnrad (FS5-0643) der Fixiereinheit. <Ursache> Durch Hitzedehnung (thermische Expansion) des Metallkerns der Fixierwalze erhÃ¶ht sich auch der Druck auf das 58Z-Zahnrad; hierdurch kÃ¶nnen Risse entstehen. <Werkseitige MaÃ�nahme> Form und Material des 58Z-Zahnrads wurden wie folgt geÃ¤ndert: Der Innendurchmesser wurde um 0,15 mm erhÃ¶ht und es wird ein hitzebstÃ¤ndigeres Material eingesetzt. Die neuen ZahnrÃ¤der sind schwarz (alt: braun).

Servicearbeit:

Ersetzen Sie das 58Z-Zahnrad, wenn Risse auftreten bzw. bauen Sie bereits bei der Installation der oben genannten Modelle das neue Zahnrad ein. PrÃ¼fen Sie auch beim regelmÃ¤Ã�igen Austausch der Fixierwalze (alle 500.000 Kopien), ob das Zahnrad in Ordnung ist.
