I didn't realise a manual for an early plasma TV such as the one we were gifted could be so easily obtained. No manual was supplied with it, and as senior citizens we were a little puzzled over some aspects of its use. I do not want a listing for your store credit as we are not fairly big computer users. The manual was well organised, as it should be, with its backing of the Pioneer name. The download was prompt and everything worked quite smoothly. Thank you. Gordon.

Note: Change of the drum replacing method We have supplied upper and lower drums individually for replacement. However, we will supply the upper and lower drum ass'y only, since the manufacturing location is transferred to a foreign country. For the drum replacing method in the Service Manual of the base models (VL-A10U/UC/UA/UW/T/K/AH30U/UC/T), follow the following procedures. ("5-5-4 Drum and drum base" on pages 20-22).

Drum base Earth spring Fixing screws
<Removing> (1) Drum base (Compatible with both types) Remove the 3 fixing screws to remove the drum base (See Fig. 1).
Upper and lower drum ass'y
Positioning holes
<Mounting> Perform it in reverse order of the drum removal. (1) Drum base Adjust the positioning pins to the positioning holes. Tighten the 3 screws. (2) Drum ass'y Fig. 1 Attach the drum ass'y to the main chassis and tighten the 3 screws. (3) Tape guide Adjust the positioning pins to the positioning holes. Tighten the one screw together with the ground lead wire.
