I had been looking everywhere for a proper service manual for this VCR. Everywhere else that has this available for download has a very light version. This is the full service manual with all aspects that would interest anyone looking for the service manual for the AIWA HV-MX100 Worldwide VHS VCR. Great quality (as always). A winner hands down. Disassembly and Reassembly
4-2-11 Gear Pully, Belt Timming, Gear Capstan
4-2-11(a) Disassembly 1) Remove the Washer Slit �, lift the Gear Capstan ´. 2) Separate the Timing Belt �, lift the Gear Pully ¨. 4-2-11(b) Reassembly 1) Mount the Gear Pully ¨ and hang the Belt Timming � on the Gear Pully ¨. 2) Hang the Timing Belt � to the upper gear of the Gear Capstan ´ and mount the Gear Capstan ´. 3) Assemble the Washer Slit �.
