Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

Correct manual received and of good quality but the contents of the file for the Service Manual for the same monitor is for a 20" TV not the RGB Monitor.
How Do I Adjust the Surround Modes?
To set the THX Mode Press the THX button on Remote Control unit.

Each press switches the modes as follows.
When the surround back speakers are set to Lrg or Nml/THX: When the surround back speakers are set to Off:
1 THX Sur EX On
1 THX On 2 THX Off
Using Receiver
2 THX Sur EX Auto 3 THX On 4 THX Off Operation on the receiver:
Press the THX button inside the door repeatedly until the desired THX mode is displayed. Each press switches the modes as follows.
When the surround back speakers are set to Lrg or Nml/THX: When the surround back speakers are set to Off:
1 THX Sur EX ON 2 THX Sur EX AUTO 3 THX ON 4 THX OFF
1 THX ON 2 THX OFF
After 3 seconds, the display of the set THX mode returns to the previous display.
