Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Utilisation du tuner
Pour régler directement une station (VSX-D512 uniquement)
Parfois, vous connaîtrez déjà la fréquence de la station que vous voulez écouter. Dans ce cas, vous pouvez simplement saisir la fréquence directement en utilisant les touches numérotées de la télécommande. 1 Appuyez sur la touche TUNER sur la télécommande pour sélectionner le tuner. 2 Appuyez sur la touche BAND pour changer la bande (FM ou AM), si nécessaire. Chaque pression commute la bande entre FM et AM. 3 Appuyez sur D.ACCESS (Accès direct).
4 Utilisez les touches numérotées pour saisir la fréquence de la station de radio souhaitée. Par exemple, pour régler sur 106.00 (FM), appuyez sur 1, 0, 6, 0, 0. Si vous commettez une erreur en cours de route, appuyez deux fois sur D.ACCESS pour annuler la fréquence et démarrez depuis le début.
Pour améliorer le son FM stéréo
Si les indicateurs TUNED ou STEREO ne s�allument pas lors du réglage d�une station FM à cause du signal qui est faible, appuyez sur la touche MPX pour passer le récepteur en mode de réception mono. Ceci devrait améliorer la qualité du son et vous permettre d�apprécier l�émission.
