Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.
This manual is immaculate in it's accuracy. Everything is written very clearly and easy to understand. Written by a professional who wants to convey a clear and easy to understand message!!

5. Select the required programme

6. Start the machine
Before starting up the machine check that: n the appliance is plugged in n the water supply taps are turned on the drain hose is correctly and securely positioned n the door and the detergent dispenser drawer are closed. Depress the ON/OFF button: the mains-on light and door locked light will illuminate and the machine starts operating.

7. At the end of the programme
The machine stops automatically with the water of the last rinse left in the tub, to prevent the fabric from creasing. To drain the water and spin, select programme �Q� and the required spin speed. To drain only, select programme �R�. The door is controlled by a safety device which releases 2 minutes after the end of the programme. The door can only be opened when the door locked light is off. Switch the machine off by depressing the ON/OFF button again. The mains-on light goes out. When the programme has finished you are advised to unplug the appliance and turn off the water taps.
