This manual covers the main equipment features only. While it also includes the procedure for saving and loading from the now long obsolete memory cards it does not mention the how to operate with the optional floppy drive interface so I am still at a loss about how to use this! Note that there is a separate manual covering the MIDI interface and programming via the keyboard, not included in this download. You will also need to get hold of this if you want to use the MIDI interface properly. Basically there is little difference between this manual and the free to download manual for the similar PR60 model.

Allgemeine Informationen zum Kochen mit dem Wok
Der Induktions-Wok ist hervorragend geeignet für die Zubereitung von �à la minute� Gerichten, insbesondere chinesischen Spezialitäten. Das Kochgut soll während der kurzen Bratzeit ständig gewendet werden. Durch das Induktionsheizsystem lässt sich in der Wok-Pfanne extrem schnell und bei starker Hitze garen. Dadurch bleiben Fleisch und Fisch saftig und Gemüse behält Farbe, Geschmack und Vitamine.

Dieses Induktionskochfeld hat - besonders auf Stufe 8 bis 10 - eine hohe Leistung bei schneller Reaktionszeit. Behalten Sie das Fett im Auge: es überhitzt sehr schnell. Wenn es zu Rauchen beginnt, ist es bereits zu heiss. Schalten Sie das Kochfeld ab und lassen Sie das Fett abkühlen. Mit der Holzlöffelprobe können Sie die Frittiertemperatur gut abschätzen. Halten Sie dazu den Stiel eines Holzlöffels in das heisse Fett. Steigen leichte Bläschen auf, ist es optimal zum Frittieren. Zeigen sich keine Bläschen, ist es noch nicht heiss genug.
Handhabung des Wok
� Legen Sie die Wok-Pfanne mit ein wenig Vorsicht in die Cuvette. Bei unvorsichtiger Handhabung kann der Griff auf die Glaskeramikfläche und dem Chromstahlring aufschlagen und diese beschädigen. Schütteln sie die Wok-Pfanne nicht, während er in der Mulde liegt. Dabei kann die Glaskeramik oder der Chromstahlring zerkratzt oder durch den Griff beschädigt werden.
